As Country Director of C-SEED\/SL, Abdul-Rahman\u2019s vision is to strengthen and give voice to vulnerable and marginalized women, children, individuals living with disabilities and youths to enhance the spirit of self-reliance and sustainability. His focus areas include training, leadership development, socio-economic progress, gender sensitization, advocacy, and empowerment.\\nAbdul-Rahman\u2019s career spans a broad spectrum of roles within the development sector, having served in various capacities for non-governmental organizations, including Education Project Supervisor at World Vision International Sierra Leone.
