Andr\u00e9s has expertise in a variety of areas ranging from sexual and reproductive health rights to the regulation of noncommunicable diseases risk factors. In addition to his work at the O\u2019Neill Institute, he is pursuing his Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree at Georgetown Law, exploring the role of conscience-based claims in the access to health services.
