As\u00a0 the co-owner of Martin and Muir Counseling,\u00a0 she builds collaborative, culturally responsible models that bridge clinical care ,community organizations, and public systems to better support underserved populations.Lauren has helped transform how mental health is accessed and experienced through large-scale initiatives like MindFEST, an annual community mental health festival, while also influencing statewide policy as the first woman of color appointed to the Kentucky Licensed Professional Counseling Board.
