Elle souligne les d\u00e9terminants sociaux du destin d'une femme : comment les normes de genre per\u00e7ues et la mise \u00e0 l'\u00e9cart sont les v\u00e9ritables obstacles syst\u00e9miques \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats et des performances organisationnels.
