Bakary Sidibe is an energetic, strategic thinker with strong leadership and a deep dedication to social change. A professional with 25+ years of experience, including over 18 years in International Development, he brings extensive experience in designing, managing, implementing, and evaluating global health and livelihood programs, as well as developing policy across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia.

He has proven technical expertise in program, operations, and human resources management, including the design of standard operating procedures. Bakary possesses a deep understanding and knowledge of U.S. government and international donor programmatic and financial management, personnel management, operations, and logistics support.

He is seeking a position as Country Director, Regional Director, Chief of Party, or Technical Advisor where his technical, operational, and strategic leadership will ensure impact. His aim is to attain measurable results that achieve sustainable and integrated program impacts, while ensuring organizational capability, effectiveness, accountability, collaboration, transparency, compliance, and financial sustainability.
