Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli is a Nigerian entrepreneur, expert in African agriculture, nutrition, philanthropy, and social innovation. In April 2024, she became CEO of the One Campaign. A Harvard Business School alumna, she received both the Harvey Fellowship and National Black MBA Association scholarship, founded the Harvard African Business Conference, and earned her MBA in 1999. She worked at McKinsey (New York, Chicago, Johannesburg), the Ford Foundation, and led the FATE Foundation in Nigeria. In 2002 she founded LEAP Africa and Ndu Ike Akunuba to empower youth and women across Nigeria. Ndidi is a board member of multiple global initiatives, an Obama Foundation Scholar (Columbia University, May 2024), and was invited to the White House state dinner for President Ruto.
