Rodrigo is a Mexican physician committed to social justice and service to marginalized populations, and he is currently working on managing Community Health Workers in Chiapas, Mexico. He is trained as a primary care physician, working in remote rural clinics with Campañeros en Salud, the Mexican sister organization of Partners in Health. He has been awarded the Gustavo Baz Award to Social Service in 2016, and the Excellence in Health and Nutrition Scholarship 2011-2016.
