Sylvia Kalley is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, six of which were dedicated to Senior Management roles. Most recently, she served as the Country Representative in Sierra Leone for eHealth Africa, a non profit focused on providing data driven solutions to improve public healthcare in Africa. There, she specialized in Country Office Leadership, Grants and Contracts, and New Business Development. In the past, Sylvia has successfully managed several complex multi million dollar portfolios of grants for international health and development-related projects. Her background includes impactful contributions within the non-profit and academic sectors.
Having lived in Sierra Leone and Mali and traveled to over 25 countries, Sylvia brings a global perspective to her work. Sylvia is recognized for her effective communication and solutions-driven leadership. Her collaborative approach is evident in her passion for building and maintaining relationships, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Sylvia‘s diverse professional journey encompasses roles with prominent organizations, including the World Bank, PACT, Concern Worldwide, Columbia University, Georgetown University, and various US nonprofits.
