Bester Mulauzi has over 20 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, having led and managed complex and impactful programs at the country, regional, and global levels. He has worked for government, international NGOs, and the United Nations, delivering results in challenging and diverse contexts.
As the Global Director for Program Strategy, Development, and Quality at Save the Children International, he oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality and innovative programs that aim to improve the lives of children and their families around the world. He also oversees the planning and implementation of professional development offers for all Technical Experts globally, ensuring that Save the Children has the best thematic technical experts in all countries and regions where programs are implemented.
Bester holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and certifications in Project Management. He is passionate about creating positive and lasting change for the most vulnerable and marginalized communities.
