Dr. Janel Pasley is a connector, innovator, and movement builder who works to strengthen the non-profit sector and challenge existing systems to achieve equity in the funding space. She is recognized for her ability to build stakeholder capacity while facilitating cross-sector collaborations in both the non-profit and for-profit arenas.
Dr. Pasley aims to strategically disrupt societal barriers to health equity while championing innovative action-centered solutions. She serves as a Program Officer at Ascension St. John, supporting the Community Health Equity Catalyst Strategy (CHECS).
In addition to being a health equity advocate and philanthropic changemaker, Dr. Pasley champions herself as a hybrid creative. She is an author, founder of a social entrepreneurship business incubator for minority business owners, and the founding visionary behind The Astute Creative, LLC, a creative and business consulting firm.
