Her relevant work experience across military, government, and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) makes her well-suited to assume leadership roles required to implement governance and development projects in fragile country contexts. She applies her academic knowledge in tandem with professional experience to ensure effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of project outputs throughout the project cycle.
Her skill set as a negotiator with different religious factions, developed during her military and public administration service, adds further value to the execution of governance-related projects.
