The Aspen Global Prosperity, Security, and Development High-Level Strategy Group convened leaders across government, finance, business, philanthropy, multilateral institutions, and civil society to examine a central question: quelle est la prochaine étape pour le développement mondial ? The discussion took place at a time of significant change, marked by declining aid, rising debt burdens, increasing geopolitical complexity, and growing institutional fragmentation, alongside a renewed emphasis on sovereignty, domestic resource mobilization, and long-term growth.

Rather than focusing on existing models, participants identified practical pathways forward grounded in inclusive economic growth, rule of law, and country ownership. The report highlights areas where progress is possible now, including strengthening development finance tools, mobilizing private capital, and supporting country-led financing strategies. It also emphasizes the need to embed innovation within systems, moving beyond isolated pilots to approaches that can scale and deliver lasting impact.

This report outlines both near-term actions and longer-term directions to help shape a more effective and sustainable development system. It is intended as a starting point for continued dialogue, testing, and collaboration.
