Priyanka Jain is an Indian labour rights activist focused on the right of workers to safe workplaces. She supports a growing movement of workers against the occupational disease of silicosis, particularly among stone carving workers that build Hindu temples across the world. Priyanka’s education and work experiences spans different disciplines, geographies and sectors. The disparate threads of her life have come together to inform her belief in people’s power as the end goal and bedrock of social and policy change.
